The scent is great- mild lemon, and it worked instantly for my neck aches.
I have yet to try it for cramps but I can only imagine 🙂
The only downside is that it doesn’t get absorbed into the skin, just stays wet on top ( will transfer.)

I just had an IUD inserted (it’s a form of birth control), which has lead to severe sharp pain in my lower abdomen.
I really wasn’t expecting much from this product, but decided to give it a go after reading the positive reviews.
WOW one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I’m not even exaggerating.
Normally, I put on a heated blanket when I’m going through that time of the month, which helps.
But, obviously that is not possible to wear at work and leaves me feeling uncomfortable throughout the day.
This cream HEATS UP and numbs the pain!! WHAT!? Really really good.
It has like a Vaseline type of texture and it smells kind of like Black Licorice.

I get extremely severe cramps during that time of the month so I was on the fence about trying this product seeing as I’ve tried so many things that didn’t work, and let me just say I’m SO glad that I gave this a go!
It did not disappoint, I rub a pea sized amount on my lower abdomen and it definitely helps relieve my cramps!!! I reapply as needed throughout the day but it will last be a while because a little bit goes a long way. Highly recommend trying it out if you have menstrual pain!

I’ve been interested in trying a THC topical for my period cramps for a while now, and though I was sort of sceptical of its effectiveness before trying it… this stuff has honestly changed my life. My cramps get so bad I literally can’t stand sometimes. I suffer from endometriosis which basically means I’m in agony on my period. Ive used this product the last two periods and I can honestly say this provides some relief. I still have to use my pain medicine, but when I apply some of the balm on my abdomen, it numbs the pain to make it a little more bearable! Highly, highly recommend this product!

Bought this with high hopes it would help me reduce my heavy monthly reliance on pain meds during my period. I have really bad cramps and back pain during my cycle and it makes it hard to function and be productive. That’s exhausting for basically a quarter of your whole year! I’ve been using this for the past four days (on my period) applied to my uterus area on my lower abdomen, about a pea sized amount. And another pea sized amount on my lower back.
