I have to admit that I was surprised at the strength of them, I was taking 4 of the regular lift gummies to get the same effect. They are a big help with my arthritis pain and sleep. There is abit of an after taste but all in all very good. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a sleep aide.

I find these gummies very satisfying and strong. I loved the first generation of them and these I only need to take 1 of them to achieve the same level of sleep and arthritis pain relief and 4 of the first lift gummies. They do have abit of an after taste but other than that are worth the price
