Hello. My sleep problems worsen. It made me feel very sleepy but could not make make me fall asleep. It gave me a pounding headache and nausea. Sorry but it was a bad experience for me. I just gave it away after trying it for 3 times of taking 1/4 of a square piece. Thank you.
