Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BIRCH+FOG. We are committed to shipping packages directly to your door, wherever possible! All orders over $135 qualify for free shipping (calculated after all discounts and credits, before taxes).

Note: If you choose regular shipping rather than express, we cannot be responsible for missing, late, frozen, or melted items.

Subscription Shipments

Subscriptions are sent two at a time to save you on shipping costs. All subscriptions are discounted at 20–25% off the original price, and are billed monthly from your credit card. To ensure you never miss a day, we will send you 2 months' worth of your subscribed product in each delivery — but you will still only be billed for 1 product per month. BIRCH+FOG will cover the shipping for your subscription products, and will send you a reminder 7 days prior to when your next subscriptions ship as a courtesy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, subject to changes including courier delays and increased order capacity. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Providers

We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Experience Concierge team with your Order Number within an hour of placing your order.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and noted in the thank you page and your invoice for your records.

Orders to B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba typically take 2–3 business days. Orders anywhere east of Manitoba tend to take 3–7 business days. Deliveries to northern cities and remote locations can take up to a week.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages During Shipping

BIRCH+FOG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

International Shipping

BIRCH+FOG only ships to addresses within Canada. Customers are welcome to utilize shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of our supported regions.
