This roller is so helpful! I have chronic migraines and it is often hard to find any relief. I get headaches from neck tension and my mom gets migraines with the weather and both of us have been using this product and it’s been so great for relieving pain. Very cool sensation at first then half an hour later the pain is dulled a lot. It also greatly takes down the amount if toxic pain medicine we have to use and focuses our health on natural remedies that are better for the gut.
