I have had to deal with everyday severe chronic pain (mainly from chronic inflammation) for more than 25 years (I am now 46 years old). Whatever I do the pain only grows stronger with time. I have had no choice but to take narcotics for a very long time unfortunately but cannabis products help me during flares so I don’t have to increase narcotics too much. It helps me relax some which in turn lowers the pain a bit. It also helps control some of the inflammation and sleep gets easier. These softgels are ideal for me. Quicker and easier than tinctures in an emergency and just the right ratio of THC to boost the CBD effects without bringing the usual side effects from THC (headaches and insomnia). More than 7 mg of THC brings these side effects every time, very frustrating! I wish Now and Then made even stronger CBD softgels like 75 mg or 100 mg. Taking 2 sofgels is impossible because the THC amount would be too high for me. I really do need very strong amounts of CBD to bring relief. If I need more than the CBD 50 mg : THC 5 mg sofgel I supplement with a strong CBD tincture, from 30 to 100 mg. I would love forBirch and Fog to stock a very strong CBD tincture for a reasonable price, 2000 to 3000 mg of CBD for 30 ml. Right now I have to shop elsewhere for that but I would prefer doing all my cannabis shopping in one place. I also find that using topicals with softgels/gummies/tinctures brings an even stronger relief. TheBirch and Fog cannabis cream is really the best choice of topicals with these softgels!
