Purchased the Mota Sour Watermelon gummies to see if they would help with relaxing and getting a better sleep. Sure enough, Mota. came through. Getting at least 8 hours of restful sleep every night. My sore and aching knees have become less painful and swollen. Back to walking 5-7 KMS 5-6 times a week. Well worth the money paid. Will continue to get from Birch n Fog

These taste amazing — just like the watermelon gummies of your childhood! I find I have to take two to get to the place I want to be with them. Usually 10mg is enough for me, but these are a little less strong. (Please consume according to your own limits if you purchase these — you know your own body best.) They taste great and they’re not too expensive, though, so I’m not mad about it. Best for a quiet evening watching TV, playing games, etc. It’s easier to do other things while enjoying these gummies, which is nice — they don’t give me “couch lock” like some other edibles.
