We fall in the same group as a lot of the other less positive reviews here, they didn't seem to do much at all until we took several apiece, which if they are 10 mg per, is a lot more than we normally need (including with other MOTA gummies). Really like a lot of the other MOTA gummies we've tried, but these ones fell short, which was surprising.
