Well sad to say, I probably didn’t use it properly when I first received my 1:1 thought it wasted my money…. it sat on my shelf for a while then one day my hips and knees were extremely bad. I had to go out that day and thought to myself what could I do, my pain was so bad but I still had to go out (my stomach is already not great so I didn’t want to take any more pain reliever pills.). I thought well I guess I will try the 1:1 rub again, I covered both knees and my right hip with it. Oh my goodness!!!!
I couldn’t believe it, within about 1/2 an hour most of my pain was gone. I was still quite stiff and couldn’t walk completely normal but at least NO PAIN! Thank you Birch and Fog I absolutely love your products.
