We wait till Friday at 6pm before supper. I take and cut a square in to 4 pieces. Before we eat we do a 1/4 of a square we are good.
Same on Saturday with the day off work. We take a half of a square around 3pm and then at 9pm we top off with a quarter of a square.
Not to get the resistance built up we wait till next weekend do the same.
