This is my first purchase with an item for helping me sleep. I’m a very new user and my niece recommended this product. The taste is amazing, texture is fresh and jelly, I cut into 4 and take 1-2 1/4 pieces before bed. Takes a couple hours but since I’ve been using I’m sleeping all night with no pain and have not used any Advil or prescription sleep aid at all.

Nice pleasant buzz begins about 60-90 min and lasts for about 5 hours…..great flavour. Each is 10mg which is the perfect dose. I can’t comment on the CBD aspect.

I really liked the effects these gummies brought me. I’m autistic, ADHD, have generalized anxiety, I suffer from ME/CFS and osteoarthritis and they helped me feel relaxed and I saw a difference in my pain levels. I didn’t even have to take the highest dose recommended to see effects! Only 1-2 gummies did the trick for me which is great since I’m on a tight budget. If you only take 1-2 like I did, you won’t feel too stoned and you’ll be able to do your daily tasks without the anxiety that THC can sometimes bring when smoked. They taste great too! I Highly recommend them.
