I prefer using capsules over smoking any THC. I do find the labeling of Birch and Fog’s capsules confusing though. It would be much more helpful if the strength of each capsule was listed on the bottle ie: How many milligrams of THC is in each individual capsule as opposed to the total amount in the bottle.. It does not help to put the total amount of THC included in each package as your dosage. However Birch and Fog are very easy to deal with, and can be reached on line at any time. I find this aspect of the company very helpful.
