I should start by saying I'm new at this. This took a few hours to kick in, I actually thought it wasn't going to work. I then felt 'energized', I felt my heart beat in my neck which I didn't enjoy that part. After a bit the feeling left or maybe I just didn't feel it anymore. The buzz was higher than I really wanted but I was fine. I'll cut it in half next time and experiment.
