I really like these gummies. Taste is fine, it doesn’t have a strong cannabis taste which is good since I’m not a fan. I also like the size and color though next time I will try the other flavour. I use one of these usually following a strong CBD tincture to keep the effects going. I have severe chronic pain and when I have flares I use CBD in conjunction with my usual narcotics. I don’t want to have to up my narcotics too much so using CBD helps me prevent that. I wish I could stop narcotics but even the everyday pain is too severe and cannabis could never be strong enough to be enough on it’s own even if I could take THC which gives me strong side effects (headaches and insomnia). I have tried doing just that years ago and had to start narcotics again unfortunately. I have to stick to CBD products or those with a small amount of THC, maximum ratio of 10 CBD for 1 THC. I wishBirch and Fog had affordable gummies with that ratio like their Now and Then tincture and softgels. Or at least gummies of 50 mg CBD or more. I need strong doses with the amount of pain I deal with. I also use strong topicals like theBirch and Fog cannabis cream. Expensive but effective using tinctures + gummies + topicals.

I have and still believe the Mota CBD gummies are amazing product however I bought these birch and fog sours on sale to try them. The did not disappoint at all , in fact they seemed to be more effective for me than the Mota. I am happy they have them in sour as im not a fan of the taste of plant products and this keeps it away. I start my days with these everyday and it keeps the anxiety wolves away. One trick i recommend is to take 2 on Mondays if your Mondays are as stressful as mine then 1 a day rest of week and skip Sundays and there is 30 in each bottle so lasts a month.
