I used to use gummies to help me get some sleep but with all the extra ingredients that I don’t want in my body (sugar, sugar substitutes); I went to find an alternative. Phoenix tear got my attention as I remember Rick Simpson use that method to create unfiltered concentrated oil which cure himself and others from cancer. Price seems quite good as well. Kloud 9 has 4 flavours. I tried cinnamon, mint and raw so far. They’re all good to me. Cinnamon has the most kick out of them all. I build up my tolerance to a pea size at night. High starts around an hour after taking and gets to another level around 5 hours in. Issue will be waking up after 8 hours of sleep and still feel tired until I have a coffee. I would still buy next time.
