These are easy to ingest directly, or use with a dab rig. As someone who prefers to keep their tolerance low, take care to start slow and with small amounts, the size of less than a grain of rice! Dabbing or vaporizing it will give you a quicker effect, but I definitely preferred the edible route with these. For me, I’d feel my anxiety melt away for the next few hours.
