Be very careful with the dosage. I would not recommend for new users. You can squeeze a bit under your tongue and let it dissolve, or you can add it to your food. Keep in mind it’s a very strong flavour and a thick molasses texture. I added it to my coffee on the weekends and it was fabulous!
